General Characteristics of a Level 3 Call:
Duration: 3+ hours, possibly multiple techs or return visits
Tools: Ladder (20ft+), cable snake/fish tape, drill, diagnostic software, crimping tools
Involves multiple system components, structural access, or advanced network setup
May require coordination with homeowner’s electrician, ISP, or contractor
